About Us
The Pharmacy was a much needed and warmly welcomed facility for the neighbourhood for the many residents who came to the area over 40 years ago and for the newcomers who have moved here over the years. If you call into the Pharmacy, there is always a familiar face on hand, where our friendly, helpful staff will always ensure you get the very best of service. The Pharmacy is bright, modern and has been fitted-out to the highest standards, so that we can deliver an excellent level of care for our patients. Our consultation and treatment room is available for any private health matters that you wish to discuss and is also used for our wide range of health services and clinics. Meet the Staff Razwan  Stephanie  Ainsley  Lorraine  Susan |
Deans Pharmacy opened in December 2006 at "The Bottom Shops" in New Farm Loch's MacPhail Drive. The Pharmacy and staff have worked closely with local groups over the years and supported the Local Community Council in events to mark the 40th Anniversary of the community of New Farm Loch.
Razwan
Razwan joined the team as a Pharmacist Manager in June 2010. His key achievements are becoming a Pharmacist in 2006, managing a pharmacy and training pre-registration pharmacists. His interests are spending time with his family, playing sports and travelling.
Stephanie
Stephanie joined the team in January 2009 and has the role of Pharmacy Technician. Her key achievements are gaining her Pharmacy Technician qualification with all A’s, worked within Pharmacy for 8 years and helping a customer lose 12 stone on Lipotrim. Stephanie enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and swimming 5/6 days a week, reading and socialising with friends.
Ainsley
Ainsley became part of the team in March 2008 and is currently a Trainee Dispenser. Gaining her Healthcare Assistant course is her key achievement to date. Ainsley enjoys spending time with friends and reading.
Lorraine
As one of our Healthcare Assistants Lorraine joined our team in August 2009. Her key achievement is beating the target of CMS registrations. Also, with working at the front shop she works hard at providing the best customer care service possible. Most of her spare time is spent with her two children however Lorraine enjoys to read and walk her dog when she has a minute to herself!
Susan
Susan joined Deans Pharmacy in December 2007 as a Healthcare Assistant/Delivery Driver. Completing the Dispensary Assistant Course, providing the local community with a friendly and reliable service not to mention being Deans Pharmacy first ever employee are Susan’s key achievements. In spare time, Susan enjoys reading, spending time with her two grandchildren and her dog Molly.
