About Us

about usDeans Pharmacy in Maddiston opened in March 2009.  The bright and modern pharmacy is instantly recognisable with its bright blue sign and green cross on the main Polmont to Bathgate road just between Rumford and Maddiston.

The Pharmacy was built on waste land to the side of the old Rumford Mini-market and has not only transformed the landscape, but also transformed healthcare for the residents of Maddiston and the surrounding areas.

Deans Pharmacy has a strong relationship with Maddiston Primary School and in particular the Parent Staff Association (PSA).  It has been our pleasure to be involved with fantastic events such as the Summer Family Fun Day and Santa's Christmas Grotto.

Our bright and modern pharmacy is fitted-out to the highest standards, our consultation and treatment room is available for any private health matters that you wish to discuss and is also used for our wide range of health services and clinics.

You'll always find our friendly, helpful staff on hand to look after all your healthcare needs.  We pride ourselves on having regular staff who take the time to get to know you and your family so that we can deliver the highest levels of service and patient care.

Neil

Neil joined the team as a Pharmacist in May 2010. His key achievements are completing his PGDip in Prescribing, being a pre-reg tutor and in process of completing his Independent Pharmacist Prescriber Course. In spare time Neil enjoys spending time with friends and family, live music and motorsports.

Pauline

Pauline joined the team in March 2009 as a Dispenser. Her key achievements are gaining her NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Assistants Course, her Dispenser Assistants Course and currently pursuing her Pharmacy Technician and Diploma Course. Pauline enjoys spending time with friends and family and also some "me" time.

Andrea

Andrea became part of the team in March 2009 as a Pharmacy Dispenser. She enjoys interacting more with patients and enjoys promoting new products. Andrea enjoys spending time with family, socialising with friends, playing the piano and going on holiday.

Amanda

As one of our Dispensers Amanda joined our team in March 2009. She has successfully gained her Counter Assistants Course and Dispenser Course and sees this as her key achievements. In her spare time Amanda enjoys practicing Beauty Therapy, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

Tracey

Having joined the team in March 2011, Tracey has the role of Healthcare Assistant within the Pharmacy. Her key achievement is completing her Healthcare Assistant Course. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys spending quality time with her family and wining and dining.

Elaine

Most recently joined in December 2011 as Healthcare Assistant. Her key achievement within Pharmacy is to complete her Healthcare Assistants Course. Elaine enjoys spending quality time with family, socialising with friends, shopping and walking her dog.
